A Note About Conflicts of Interest
We are committed to acting with integrity in all of our relationships, and
to selecting our grant recipients through an honest and fair process. In support
of this commitment, Impact100 Philadelphia has adopted a Conflict
of Interest Policy that requires disclosure of relationships
between our members and any grant applicant.
Members of Impact100 Philadelphia will be formally required to disclose
potential conflicts of interest and members serving on a Focus Area Committee
will be required to complete and sign a
Focus Area Committee Statement. Impact100
Philadelphia expects all members to act in an objective and fair manner.
In particular, members are expected to refrain from any attempt to gain
an unfair advantage for any particular grant applicant by, among other
things, disclosing confidential information or attempting to persuade
other members of Impact100 Philadelphia to vote for that grant applicant.
